The man hit and killed during a baseball game in Sanford on Friday night had confessed in 2013 to a hit-and-run from 1968 that left a 4-year-old girl dead, according to Oswego County Today. Sanford police told WMTW that a family member of Douglas Parkhurst told them the 68-year-old had been involved in a fatal crash in the past.
