A Maine man has been arrested for the second time in a year on charges he led police on a chase in a stolen U-Haul truck. Police have identified the man killed in a snowmobile accident Friday. Authorities say a Sangerville man died Friday after a snowmobile crash in Corinna. They say Jeffrey Willey Jr., 44, was travelling south along the rail-bed snowmobile trail when he struck a tree and was nearing the end of a 300-mile ride when the incident occurred.
